               Withdrawing from Local 820
If you no longer work in a Local 820 venue, you     should do one of two things:

Option 1: You can remain a member of Local 820. You will be required to pay the minimum quarterly dues, which is now about sixty dollars per quarter (on 10-09-2012).

Option 2: You can withdraw from I.A.T.S.E. Local 820. You must submit a WITHDRAWAL REQUEST FORM (see below). Once you withdraw, you cannot work at  any I.A.T.S.E. Local venue without re-joining. If you decide to re-join, there may be full or partial initiation and application fees, depending on the Local and International Constitution requirements at that time.

If you do nothing, then you will be billed for the minimum quarterly dues, and if the dues remain unpaid, you will eventually be expelled from Local 820. To spare us all this unpleasantness, please withdraw from the Local promptly.

To withdraw from the Local, you must be "In Good Standing" to receive a Withdrawal Card. "In Good Standing", among other things, means that that all financial obligations to Local 820 must be paid in full.
